         Состояние вашего организма зависит от того, сколько времени вы проводите, занимаясь спортом. Каждый должен делать утреннюю зарядку каждый день. Самые здоровые виды спорта - плавание, бег и езда на велосипеде.
      Здоровое питание также является очень важным фактором. Переедание приводит к развитию многих опасных заболеваний. Ежедневное меню должно включать мясо, фрукты и овощи, молочные продукты, которые богаты витаминами, жирами, белками и т.д.
       Чтобы быть здоровым, человек должен избавиться от своих вредных привычек. Необходимо бросить курить и пить. Каждый должен помнить, что сигареты, алкоголь и наркотики разрушают тело и мозг.
        Кроме того, рекомендуется смотреть телевизор меньше, избегать беспокойства и соблюдать распорядок дня. Конечно, трудно следовать всем этим рекомендациям, но каждому человеку придется выбирать между здоровым образом жизни и многочисленными болезнями.

Здоровье человека - это главная ценность в жизни. Ему нет цены! Будучи больным человеком, вы не сможете реализовать свои мечты.
Как же его сохранить, когда вокруг столько пагубных соблазнов? Не начинать!

О вреде курения  мы знаем немало. Оно не только отражается на бюджете семьи, загрязняет воздух, но и вредит здоровью. Нет такого органа, который не страдал бы от курения.

Помимо курения мы можем назвать еще одну вредную привычку- употребление алкоголя. К сожалению, в жизни они очень часто сочетаются друг с другом. Алкоголь - это яд! Особенно опасен алкоголь для юных, поскольку их организм легче подвергается воздействию вредных веществ.

А употребление наркотиков… Они разрушают все человеческие органы, поэтому наркоманы умирают молодыми. Немногие из них проживают больше нескольких месяцев с момента первого приема наркотиков.

Я считаю, что в нашей жизни нет места таким привычкам.

   Take the water for example. It is really important for everything alive on the Earth. But there is little water that is (1) drinkable and good to use for cooking.      Каждый день мы слышим, что наша планета в опасности. Многие люди пытаются что-то сделать для защиты окружающей среды, но ситуация ухудшается с каждым моментом.

     Возьмем для примера воду. Она действительно важна для всего живого на Земле. Но осталось очень мало воды, пригодной для питья и приготовления пищи. Многие реки и озера настолько загрязнены, что даже рыба не может жить в них. Пляжи, которые были чистыми 50 лет назад, сейчас настолько грязные, что люди не могут отдыхать в тех местах, что нравились им раньше.

     Озеро Байкал, которое славилось своей чистой водой и природной красотой, находится в большой опасности из-за фабрик, расположенных неподалеку. В некоторых местах вода в озере настолько грязная, что убивает все вокруг. Если загрязнение не будет остановлено, озеро погибнет.

   If someone tells you that your winter coat does not warm you, you will not believe it. But you can make an experiment.

   Look at the thermometer and see what the temperature is. Then wrap it in your winter coat and leave it on the table. Some hours later look at the thermometer again. The temperature will not change. It means that your winter coat does not warm you.

   But does it cool you then? Take two bags of ice and wrap one of them in your coat. Leave the other bag unwrapped on the table. When the second bag (1) melts, check the first one. You`ll see that the ice in the first bag has not melted. It seems that the coat cooled the ice.

   The thing is that our clothes do not warm us, they help us keep ourselves warm.

   Посмотри на термометр и заметь температуру. Затем заверни его в зимнее пальто и оставь на столе. Через несколько часов посмотри на термометр снова. Температура останется прежней. Это означает, что зимнее пальто не греет тебя.

   Но тогда оно охлаждает? Возьми два пакета со льдом и заверни один из них в свое пальто. Оставь второй пакет не завернутым на столе. Когда лед во втором пакете растает, посмотри на первый. Ты увидишь, что лед в первом пакете не растаял. Очевидно, что пальто охлаждало лед. Следовательно, наша одежда не греет нас, а помогает нам сохранять наше собственное тепло.
