I am Ann, and I am from Russia. Russia is in the North, so winters in Russia are cold. I live in Togliatti, but it is not the capital . The capital of Russia is Moscow. It is beautiful and one of the biggest cities in Russia. If you decide to visit Russia, you should visit Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Sometimes people call Saint Petersburg « The North Capital » .
