Today, with the advent of technologies, communication on the Internet has appeared. Some people think that it is bad and others think that it is useful. In this essay I will try to look upon this issue.

I think, that communication in the Internet does not affect on communication in real life. Firstly, communication is the same both in the Internet and in real life. For example, I have my best friend Pavel. Now he lives in Rostov-on-Don. We can talk to each other only in the Internet. But, when he comes to Kavalerskiy we prefer to walk and to talk together in real life. Secondly, the Internet can give new friends with common interests or develops communication skills. I have a lot of pen friends from different parts of Russia.

Others believe that the more a person spends time on the Internet, the more his or her consciousness, language and interaction with others are changing. Such people stop going out.

   I cannot agree with this opinion because the Internet communication and the real-life communication are two different things. Some people chatting and using abbreviations and other slang. In real life it is not necessary. If a person does not use slang and tries to express his thoughts correctly, he trains his speech.

   To conclusion, communication in the Internet is a good thing. It allows you to communicate with relatives who live far from you, to find old friends, to meet new and much more. Taking into consideration different opinions on this issue, I believe that communication on the Internet does not affect real-life communication.
