Good afternoon. Nowadays people are too busy and rarely have free time to do something what they really like and love. But without any hobby our life can become boring and uninteresting. Let me introduce myself. My name is Alina. I’m going to tell you about my hobbies.

 I’m a busy person like many people in the world. But I always try to find time for my hobbies. One of my favorite hobbies is English. I’m crazy about it. I think, in modern world people should know foreign languages to communicate with each other and share experience with each other. I’m a good and responsible student and I always do my homework and read a lot of books.  My favorite book is The Little Prince by Saint-Exupery. I also like reading Russian books, for example books written by Pushkin. As I have already said I’m crazy about English so I try to read books and watch films and cartoons in English.  If a film or a cartoon is difficult for me I watch it with English subtitles. My parents and my teacher of English usually help me to find such films and cartoons. My favorite cartoon which I watch in English is The Tangled Story and my favorite character is Rapuntsel. I like her beautiful long gold hair.

 Another my favorite hobby is pets. I have got two beautiful cats Basya and Dosya. They are friendly. I like feeding them and scratching their backs and heads. When I’m in bad mood they rise my spirit. When they purr I feel relaxed.

 My parents have a big garden with a lot of flowers and plants. I always help my parents to water them. My favorite flowers are tulips and roses. When they are in blossom a lot of butterflies fly to our garden. I enjoy watching them.

 I’m a creative person that’s why I like to draw pictures and take part in school activities. I’m not an actress but I can tell a poem with pleasure.

 When I have free time I also listen to music. I’m not keen on singers and I don’t have a favorite kind of music. I just listen to it and get a lot of satisfaction. But I’m not going to risk and listen to hard rock. It’s too hard for me. I like soft music.

 Like many other children in modern world I have an account in many social networks. I like chatting with friends. I also enjoy going for a walk with them and visiting theatres, cinemas and parks. It’s good for health to be in fresh air. I don’t like playing computer games. I prefer to explore the Internet and find interesting information about the world.

 To sum all up, I’d like to say that I have a lot hobbies and I’m always open for new ones because our world is changing so fast and it is full of interesting and exciting things which men can explore. Thank you for your attention.
