 This summer was very fantastic. My family decided to spend our holidays in Greece. We chose the last month of summer to rest before the new school year. I helped my mom put all things into a suitcase and we went to the airport. It was very early when we got there. We have passed through customs and went to the bus. It was that moment when my summer adventure began.
I went into the bus and saw my friend from school. Andrew with his mother flew to Greece too. We were both very surprised of our meeting. Our flight lasted for 3 hours and we landed at the airport in Chania. I saw a very beautiful city, but we were there only for some minute. Our bus took us to our hotel. The hotel, where Andrew and his mother stayed, was in the neighboring village and a few days later we all went on a trip to Kournas Lake.

It was amazing. We were swimming for a long time and then our friendly company decided to take catamaran. It was a good idea. We could dive into the lake with Andrew and it was very funny.
 Few days later we met again and visited another beautiful city which is called Heraklion. Our mothers were walking around the street market and we found beautiful souvenirs and practiced our English.

After a difficult day we went to the sea and were swimming because it was very hot in the street. The temperature was over 30 degrees. With this company my mom celebrated her birthday. I think that she will remember that day. But all good things come to an end. Our journey has come to an end and we returned to St. Petersburg, but I think that I remember this trip forever.
