Favorite poem was "Unending Love". Favorite color – white. One of the highest paid Actresses of her time. In childhood Audrey loved to paint. Audrey knew several foreign languages, spoke English, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch.
Audrey Kathleen Ruston was born may 4, 1929 in Brussels. She was the only child of Joseph Victor Hepburn Ruston. If Audrey had two half-brothers: Alexander and Jan van Ufford from the first marriage of her mother with the Dutch nobleman, Hendrik van Afforda . Hepburn attended private schools in England and the Netherlands. Her mother was a strict woman, my father was more good-natured, so she preferred it. He left the family when Audrey was a child.
