Biography The future minister was born on March 21, 1950 in Moscow. Sergey Lavrov graduated from school No. 607 with an in-depth study of the English language almost perfectly. Diplomatic career From 1972 to 1976 he was an attache of the USSR Embassy in the Republic of Sri Lanka.
