The prospects of EEU development and expansion of integration in the former Soviet Union area.

Now there is a great number of the world communities, the unions and organizations including a number of the countries, the relations between which are fixed for certain purposes. The Russian Federation is a participant of a number of such commonwealths, for example: the Eurasian Economic Union. This community was formed as a result of entry into force of the Contract on the Eurasian Economic Union in 2015. EEU was formed for transition to the qualitative new level of the relation of the countries which were a part of the USSR which are called "former Soviet Union" now. Participants of the union are: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.

And what are the prospects of development of EEU? The main task of the union is high-quality development. In the conditions of the external pressure and crises the Eurasian Economic Union has shown the stability, and now it is necessary to continue to come into political and economic contact between the union State Parties. The EEU has taken place as structure, it has a core. For this reason the important prospect of development is accession of a set of the countries of the former Soviet Union, that is expansion, integration and cooperation of EEU. There is a number of the problems complicating development of the union and interstate communications. Therefore, when the strategy of the Eurasian Economic Union to production of the subject of the geopolitical and geoeconomic relations is directed correctly, the problems interfering development of the union will disappear. EEU can become a real center of the strategic and long-term base, which creation is so much desired by the union. Due to the coordinated work of the State Parties and results of this activity, there is a considerable number of the countries such as: China, Turkey, Mongolia, etc. which are now on the way in the accession to the Eurasian Economic Union. Cooperation with which will bring obvious and huge achievements in the former Soviet Union: integration will become stronger, interaction and friendship of the countries which can help each other with this or that question will improve and, subsequently, the Eurasian Economic Union will become a powerful center of integration. So in June, 2016, V. Putin has suggested to create a partnership in Eurasia which will enter EEU, China, India and other countries of the continent. During creation of the extensive territory and implementation of these plans, the Eurasian Economic Union will become a kernel of continental integration, and creation of a forum of EEU-EU will be possible thanks to which the Eurasian union will reach the high-political and economic statuses.

At present difficulties to development of the union cause difficult relations of Russia and the West, the imposed sanctions and policy for the Russian Federation, because of these problems relationship of EEU with high-status organization of the world becomes unreal, and, having united, thanks to their interaction it is possible to solve a great amount of world problems. The West tries to confront integration in the former Soviet Union area.  In my opinion, while developing geo-economics and integrating into the Eurasian economic union, the market of the Western countries (the USA and many countries entering   such organizations as NATO) will sustain heavy losses.

 In the course of progress EEU geopolitics will become, as it was told earlier, a powerful center of development of the interstate political relations, promoting rapprochement of the states and peoples of the world, intensification of military complexes of the countries participating in the Eurasian Union and improvement of cooperation.

 Signing of contracts between the countries gives invaluable benefit to both the states which are a part of EEU and seeking to get its membership. It allows to develop the states succeeding in many spheres of life in comparison with the West. Therefore, the sanctions, being a problem of the Eurasian Economic Union as political and other progress in relationship with the developed states of Western Europe, represent also a great opportunity for an importization, deepening, strengthening and expansion of integration in the former Soviet Union.

The important outlook of the development is consolidation of EEU with the Chinese initiative "One belt - one way" created for communication of China and the European Union through this relationship EEU will be able to receive prospects, opportunities and transact business quite favorable to each of the parts.

 So, soon it can be heard about huge successes of EEU which will be the largest, leading center of hi-tech integration and the mutually effective kernel in the world.

 I consider that participants of the Eurasian Economic Union have to develop general plans, intentions and the ideas for the improvement of our world.

 This will show what the real cooperation is really capable of.  As, for instance, republics of the former USSR and other countries ready to help, but not as subordinates under the influence of one head who specifies the rules, does not listen to the ideas of each participant.   In this case the EEU has big prospects and allows the whole world to face the future confidently.

Перспективы развития ЕАЭС и расширения интеграции на постсоветском пространстве.

В настоящее время существует множество мировых сообществ, союзов и организаций, включающих в себя ряд стран, отношения между которыми закреплены для определённых целей. Российская Федерация является участником ряда таких содружеств, как Евразийский Экономический Союз. Данное сообщество образовалось в результате вступления в силу Договора о Евразийском экономическом союзе в 2015 году. ЕАЭС образовался для перехода на качественно новый уровень отношения стран, входивших в состав СССР, которые сейчас называются «постсоветское пространство». Участниками Союза являются Россия, Белоруссия, Казахстан, Армения, Киргизия.

А каковы перспективы развития ЕАЭС? Главная задача союза – качественное развитие. В условиях внешнего давления и кризисов Евразийский экономический союз показал свою устойчивость, и сейчас нужно продолжать налаживать политико–экономический контакт между государствами-участниками союза. ЕАЭС состоялся как структура, он имеет стержень. Именно поэтому важной перспективой развития является присоединение множества стран постсоветского пространства, то есть расширение ЕАЭС и интеграции, сотрудничества. Существует ряд проблем, затрудняющих развитие союза и межгосударственных связей. Но, если направить стратегию Евразийского экономического союза на производство субъекта геополитических и геоэкономических отношений, то исчезнут проблемы, мешающие развитию союза. ЕАЭС может стать настоящей центром базы, стратегической и долговременной, к созданию которой и идут планы союза, ведь, благодаря скоординированной работе государств-участников и результатам этой деятельности, на подходе во вступление во Евразийский экономический союз стоит немалое количество стран, таких как: Китай, Турция, Монголия и т.д., сотрудничество с которыми принесёт явные и большие достижения, на «постсоветском пространстве»: укрепится интеграция, улучшится взаимодействие и дружба стран, которые могут помочь друг другу в том или ином вопросе и т.п. и, впоследствии, Евразийский экономический союз станет мощным центром интеграции. Так, В. Путин в июне 2016 года предложил создать партнёрство в Евразии, в которое войдут ЕАЭС, Китай, Индия и другие страны континента. При создании обширной территории и осуществлении данных планов, Евразийский экономический союз станет ядром континентальной интеграции, и будет возможно создание форума ЕАЭС-ЕС, благодаря чему Евразийский союз достигнет высокого политического и экономического статусов.

В данный момент затруднения развитию союза вызывают сложные отношения России и Запада, введение санкций и политики в отношении Российской Федерации, ведь из-за этих проблем становится нереальным взаимоотношение ЕАЭС с высоко статусными организациями мира, а благодаря их взаимодействию, объединившись, возможно решить десятки мировых проблем. Запад пытается противоборствовать интеграции на постсоветском пространстве. По моему мнению, при развитии геоэкономики и интеграции в Евразийском экономическом союзе рынок Западных стран, США и многих стран, входящих в такие организации как НАТО и т.п. потерпят большие убытки. При развитии геополитики ЕАЭС станет мощным центром развития межгосударственных политических отношений, способствующий сближению государств и народов мира, укреплению военных комплексов стран-участников Евразийского союза, развитию сотрудничества. Подписание договоров между множеством стран, дающих друг другу неоценимую выгоду, входящие в состав ЕАЭС и стремящиеся в него попасть позволяет развиваться государствам, преуспевающим во многих сферах жизни по сравнению с Западом. Поэтому санкции, являющиеся проблемой Евразийского экономического союза со стороны политического и другого прогресса во взаимоотношениях с развитыми государствами Западной Европы, представляют собой и большую возможность импортизации, углублению, укреплению и расширению интеграции на постсоветском пространстве.

Важной инициативой развития является соединение ЕАЭС с Китайской инициативой «Один пояс, один путь», созданной для связи Китая и Евросоюза.  Через эти взаимоотношения ЕАЭС сможет получать возможности, перспективы и заключать довольно выгодные для каждой из сторон сделки.

         Итак, скоро, возможно, в СМИ мы будем слышать лишь об огромных успехах ЕАЭС, который будет являться крупнейшим, лидирующим и высокотехнологичным интеграционным и взаимодейственным ядром в мире.

         Я считаю, что участники Евразийского экономического союза должны развивать общие планы, намерения и идеи для улучшения нашего мира. Это покажет на что способно настоящее сотрудничество. Как, например, республики бывшего СССР и другие страны, готовые к помощи, а не как подчиненные под влиянием одного руководителя, указывающего свои правила, не внимающего идеям каждого участника. В этом случае ЕАЭС будет иметь большие перспективы на долгое будущее, которое станет светлым для всего мира.
