All About Me

First, I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Maksim. Krivosheev is my surname. I’m 9 years old. I was born on the 7th of October, 2010 in St Petersburg.

I will describe my appearance in a few phrases. I’m slim. My hair is short and fair. My eyes are big and blue.

I’m a 3rd grade student. I would like to tell you about my school life, which plays an important role in my life. I spend most of my time at school. I adore learning new things and being well educated. I’m a diligent student. I am friendly and good-tempered. I think I have got a good sense of humour.

I have got a lot of friends I can rely on. My best friend is Vanya. He is a smart and honest and positive friend. We both like having fun and doing sports. We have much in common and spend much time together. I suppose I have to pay special attention to studies and lead a healthy lifestyle.

My hobby is swimming. I go to the swimming pool once a week. I do three Taekwondo trainings every week as well. Sport plays an important role on my life. Physical exercises put me in good mood.

My favourite season is summer. Every season has its own charm and is good in its own way but I  can swim, lie in the sun, go fishing and boating in summer.  

I want to tell you a few words about my family. There are four of us: my mother, my father, my sister and me. My family is my treasure and the key to my happiness. Everyone in my family is my best friend. We always help and support each other. Both my parents are understanding, kind and patient. On our days off we often go to the country and stay with my grandparents. We love picnicking. I feel delighted when I spend time with my family.    

When I grow up I would like to become a businessman. I have to get higher education in order to get a well-paid job. I’m really into English. When I grow up, I would like to go to the United Kingdom and study at a university there. I like studying and I hope that my English will get better year by year.
