Russia is a country with a huge number of towns and cities and each of them has its own history. There are cities that are famous not only in Russia but also abroad, and is little known even to the Russian people, but it's interesting history. For such a small but rich history of the city, is part of Noginsk .

Noginsk is located in the North-East of Moscow (46 km) and refers to the Moscow region. Because in the Noginsk many monuments and other historical and cultural values, at the moment it was given the status of a historical settlement.

The first mention of the settlement that existed on the site of modern Noginsk , refers to 1389. Here then was a village of Bast . Merchants and other folk passing along the highway connecting Moscow, Vladimir and Nizhny Novgorod, changed horses here and rested from a long hard road. Gradually the village grew. Due to the proximity of the settlement to Moscow rapidly developing Handicrafts and artisanal fishing, which later transformed into industrial production. In 1781 the village of Bast , by that time had grown strongly, were given the status of a district town and a new name - Bogorodsk associated with the big Orthodox holiday of the Holy virgin.
