Ubsunur Hollow Reserve - reserve in the Republic of Tuva of the Russian Federation. The reserve was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2003.

Ecology Here you can meet: arrays of mountain taiga; high mountains with alpine meadows, mountain tundra, eternal snows and small glaciers; small sandy deserts in the area, as well as steppe and forest-steppe areas.

Fauna 359 species of birds are registered on the territory of the reserve. In the fauna of the reserve there are about 80 species of mammals. On the territory there live rare species of animals: mountain sheep argali, snow leopard.

Problems In the reserve, 7 cases of natural fires occurred, covering 4,606 hectares of reserve land. The average area of one fire is 658 hectares, which indicates the insufficient equipment of the reserve to extinguish fires and the need to strengthen the material and technical bases.

Solution of a problem We can apply to the profile committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation with a request to allocate money for strengthening the material and technical bases.
