The boys met in 1991 at the radio station "Europe plus" (Samara). At that time, each of them led their own programme : Sergey is musical, and Alexei is humorous. Together they decided to create a group and called it "Uncle ray and company” .

Then in 1995 in Moscow, they met with the independent producer Andrey Malikov . He became the Director of the group and took care of its professional development. From that moment serious work and serious success began. The group was called "Hands Up!".

The group "Hands Up!" wrote a song called "Student". The success was overwhelming. T hen the band started to go on tour around the country and abroad.
