I. Greetings
- Good morning, children. My name is Екатерина Евгеньевна. Today I’ll be your teacher. I’m glad to see you? Sit down, please. How are you today? How is your father/mother/brother/sister?

III. Development of grammar skills
- First of all, look at the slide. Let’s remember how Past Simple Tense is formed. Простое прошедшее время. ( Как образуется прошедшее время?)
V + -ed
- Look at the example.
- Now, tell me, what you did yesterday.
- Use these verbs: wash, watch, help, dance, clean, skate, help.
Studying Past Simple (Irregular verbs)
- А как мы называем эти глаголы? (правильные)
- В английском языке есть еще и неправильные глаголы, значит, они образуют форму прошедшего времени по-другому. Чтобы поставить неправильный глагол в форму прошедшего простого времени, нужно знать его форму в Past Simple. (go — went, buy — bought, do — did)
I got up at 7 o’clock yesterday — Вчера я встал в 7 часов.
- Let’s study some of them. Open your books on p 48. Look at the table.
Get up – got up (вставать – встал) See– saw (видеть – увидел)
Have – had (иметь – имел) Say - said (сказать – сказал)
Give – gave (дать – дал) Come–came (приходить – пришел)
Go – went (идти –шел) Take – took (взять – взял)

a) semantization
- Now we are going to speak about food.
- Give the names of food you know. (F.ex bread, milk, sweets)
- Now, let’s study some new words.
- Look at the slide. It’s tea. A cup of tea. Say after me. – Это чашка чая.
It’s milk. A glass of milk. Say after me. - Это стакан молока.
It’s juice. A glass of juice. Say after me. – Это стакан сока.
It’s coffee. A cup of coffee. Say after me. – Это чашка кофе.
