Conflicts is a natural thing in our life. The conflict — the sharpest way of resolution of conflicts in interests, the views, arising in the course of the social interaction, consisting in counteraction of participants of this interaction. Conflicts happen , because people are different. They have different ideas and values. Also, conflict happen , because people do not listen to each other well , and they don`t really hear what the other people is saying .
