Monument to the Red Guards and partisans The monument is on the central square. It is dedicated to the Red Guards and partisans, who died in the battles at Ussuriisk in July 1918 .

Memorial to died soldiers The memorial was erected in May, 1977 to commemorate soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War. 6000 names of soldiers are listed here.

Ussuriisk Town Museum The museum was opened in 1999. There are more than 7,000 exhibits related to the history, culture and life of the town. The museum halls which tell us about the period of the Bokhai and the Jurchen are particularly interesting. There was a parochial school here formerly .

Ussuriisk Drama Theatre One of the famous historical buildings in the town is the Ussuriisk Town Theatre. Formerly there was the People’s house named after Pyankov brothers. It was built in 1909. The theatre was awarded the second degree at the National Festival of theatres.

Stone tortoise The 12th-century stone tortoise from the Jurchen grave can be seen in the central park .

Steam locomotive YeL 629 The steam locomotive YeL 629 is set on the plinth as a memorial to three Bolshevik revolutionaries (Lazo, Lutsky, and Sibirtsev) who were burned alive by the White guards in its firebox in 1920.

Sun Service Station The Ussuriisk Astrophysical Observatory was established in 1953 for regular observations of the Sun and solar activity. It is the most eastern observatory in Russia.

It is possible to take a lot of photos of monuments and other beautiful sights. They also can attend parks and zoos where different species of animals, which live only in the Far East can be seen.
