In ancient times doctors thought the backbone was the centre of energy and vital forces of a person. Nowadays our life is too fast.

We have no time to think about our body. But nevertheless each of us daily, throughout all life, faces various health problems.

Our backbone is the key to our health. If we overload our backbone it will lead to the most unpleasant consequences.

The aim of our project: make people aware taking care of their backbones. The problem of the project: people don’t pay attention to their health until something goes wrong. The topic of the project: Take care of your backbone.

The things causing problems with our backbone are: Lack of movement, inactive way of life Overweight leads to overloading your backbone Wrong loading – inconvenient furniture, monotonous pose, heavy bags Eating unhealthy food, having lack of mineral substances and vitamins Stress can make your life absolutely unbearable

Most people usually postpone the care of their backbone till the best times. We are ready to give you some advice how to keep your backbone healthy. You can do it every day, every free minute of your life!

Try to do some breaks during your day to: Move from home to school and from school to your house, from your job at least some bus stops Exercise! If you do more exercise, you fell better and look better. Do some volunteer work. Help others and it helps you.

Sleep well and eat well! Drink water. Visit your doctor regularly And, of course, be happy! These simple rules will help to keep your backbone healthy for a long time.

Questionnaire survey We have interviewed 185 pupils of our school. The answers were different. Our survey has helped us to find out the pupils’ attitude towards their health and the health of their backbones.
