The President is the head of state is elected directly by the people (all men and women over 18) is a member of the Administration( the head) Barak Obama He is the 44 th president of the USA. He belongs to the democratic party. He is the first “black” president at the head of the state in the American history. The White House is the U.S. president`s residence.

Congress represents the legislative branch of the government. is made up of the Senate(100 senators, two for each state) and the House of Representatives(435 members, the number of Representatives from each state depends on its population). makes all laws is elected by the people Interaction between the two houses : each house can introduce a new project. Each can vote against the project passed by the other. If both houses agree and the president signs it, the project becomes law.
