Ульяна. Hi everybody. I am Miss Oberemko, the reporter from Liski Interlingua Channel. My goal is to assess the level of digitalization in our schools. That’s why I am going to explore different educational institutions using interview method. Today I am going to interview Miss Daria Arrow.

Даша. Hello. I am Miss Arrow, the leading expert in digital education.

Ульяна. Hi, Miss Arrow. What can you tell us about using digital technologies at school?

Даша. In my opinion, it is useful and necessary.

Ульяна. How can it help teachers?

Даша. Teachers can present new fascinating educational material, grade papers fast, model interesting game situations.

Ульяна. What do schoolchildren get?

Даша. Thanks to technologies, they get virtual assistants, interesting educational games and loads of useful information. Interactive boards, graphic tablets, online platforms, 3-D printers are worth having at hand.

Ульяна. What do you think of future schools?

Даша. I’m sure they will be even more fascinating. Imagine a History lesson when you can visit Ancient Egypt thanks to virtual reality. You will see Pharaohs, Pyramids, brick houses, hieroglyphics. You will watch ancient farmers, craftsmen, traders and builders working. Sounds cool. The technologies are developing and people will surely use them at school.

Ульяна. Thank you so much. That’s so amazing. You are really interested in it. Digital learning in Liski is developing. You know, there is an IT club for children in our town. Our schools are equipped with computers, projectors, screens and electronic whiteboards.
